Founded in 1845, the historic gothic revival buildings stand proudly amidst the immaculate lawns of the College. With a selection of spectacular rooms, its own Chapel onsite and a majestic atmosphere, the College provides the perfect wedding location.
The convenience of having everything onsite means that you can relax and enjoy the celebrations without the worry of any upheaval. The venue is exclusively yours for the day, making it a private and safe space for you and your guests.
Celebrate your wedding with a civil ceremony in the intimacy of the Hordern Room, followed by a blessing in our beautiful Victorian Chapel. Then, take your photographs alongside a drinks reception in the idyllic Quad, before making your way to the magnificent Great Hall or Dining Room for your wedding breakfast.
Your civil ceremony or partnership can take place in the Hordern Room, a fantastic space with grand high ceilings and additional space for guests.
Following the ceremony, a blessing can be held in the idyllic Victorian Chapel. The Chapel, with its exquisite stained glass windows and traditional features, provides a grand ambience in the romantic setting.
The Quad is the perfect spot for your drinks reception or to capture some special moments in the day.
Our Smith Café is a lovely alternative space for your drinks reception, and can also be used for as a more intimate evening venue.
After a few refreshments and photos, you and your guests can head to the Dining Room or Great Hall for a delicious wedding breakfast.
As well as a fine dining space, Brighton College holds a licence for live music and the Great Hall is perfect for a band or DJ in the evening to make it truly a night to remember.
The College’s dedicated catering team is renowned for creating spectacular bespoke menus, tailored to suit your personal tastes and in keeping with the theme of your event.
