Brighton College is delighted to have received an unprecedented three accolades in The Sunday Times Parent Power Schools Guide: UK Boarding School of the Year 2025, Top School of the Year for A-levels 2025 and Top Academic School in South East England 2025.
The Sunday Times rankings also place Brighton College as the Top Co-Educational School in the UK.
Scholarships are awarded during the admissions process to recognise talented pupils who show great promise in a particular area of school life. Scholars are expected to act as role models in their fields of interest.
Successful pupils are rewarded with an annual amount deducted from their fees, which lasts throughout their time at the College.
Since September 2020, Brighton College has offered 20 free 16+ places in our Opening Doors scholarship programme.
This initiative makes Sixth Form places at Brighton College, one of the world’s leading schools, available to talented and ambitious young people from the local area. With fully-funded Sixth Form scholarships, we hope to attract local pupils for whom our pastoral care and academic rigor will offer a life-changing opportunity. This may include:

With the aim of giving more children the opportunity to flourish, a bursary is awarded on the basis of a means-test form and offer a fee reduction appropriate to the individual situation of each family.
Bursaries are reviewed each year and may change as a family’s financial situation changes. They are given for day places only.
