Brighton College is delighted to have received an unprecedented three accolades in The Sunday Times Parent Power Schools Guide: UK Boarding School of the Year 2025, Top School of the Year for A-levels 2025 and Top Academic School in South East England 2025.
The Sunday Times rankings also place Brighton College as the Top Co-Educational School in the UK.
This week, the Chamber Choir travelled to London to sing Evensong at Westminster Abbey.
For their first Evensong service, they sang responses by Joanna Forbes-L’Estrange, Britten’s Jubilate Deo and the Stanford in G Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis, featuring some beautiful solos.
It is only through special permission that external organists are allowed to play, and Lower Sixth pupil Thomas was given the great honour of playing the organ voluntary for their Friday Service.
For their final service, they performed the Joanna Forbes-L’Estrange Canticles and Hadley’s My Beloved Spake, before being played out by Thomas’ stunning organ voluntary final from Symphony No. 1 by Louis Vierne.
This was another unforgettable experience for the Chamber Choir, and a true honour to sing in such a historic and beautiful setting.
