On Sunday 1 September, the Sussex County Cricket Club U18 team played in the National Plate final against Nottinghamshire U18s at Kibworth Cricket Club in Leicester.
Aryan and Freddie, represented Sussex, who went on to win the final and crown themselves National Champions. Freddie captained the Under 18 team to victory, claiming two wickets, including the final winning wicket, and Aryan was named a stand-out performer for his spell of 3-35, and became the tournament’s highest wicket taker.
A very successful day out for both boys.
