Year 2 had an exciting 'geographical' themed Beach School this week. The pupils participated in a range of activities to enrich their knowledge. They used beach materials to replicate weather conditions like lightning, rain, sunshine, and snow. Additionally, they used graphite pencils to observe and sketch the weather and their surroundings. They also explored the weather conditions using a weather vane and recorded wind direction. They thoroughly enjoyed reading topic-based books with their friends. The teachers were incredibly proud of how well the pupils effectively communicated and worked collaboratively with their peers during these activities.
