University Offers
Pupils are celebrating today after receiving an astonishing 43 offers from either the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge – the highest number in the College’s history. We are immensely proud of our pupils - a huge congratulations!
The Cairns Theatre turned into a cinema this September, as history and drama pupils watched a screening of The Zone of Interest.
We were also delighted that Johnnie Burn, the Oscar-winning Sound Designer for the film, was able to discuss the process and creation of the film with the pupils afterwards.
A huge thank you to Mr Burn for making this such an unforgettable, thought-provoking and edifying evening. Pupils and staff also got to hold the actual Oscar, something they will never forget!
