Pupils in their house vests on the start line on the Home Ground for the Pope Relay

On Friday, the College came together on the Home Ground to take part in the annual Pope Relays - staged in recognition of John Pope who worked at the College for over 50 years.

In his time, he ran the 1st XV Rugby team, was Director of Sport, oversaw the activities programme and ran the athletics for some 20 years.

In the glorious sunshine, our Houses locked horns on the hallowed turf, racing around the track at speed and to a strong crowd watching on from the pavillion.

On the day, it was Williams and School House who were the Girls and Boys victors respectively - well done to all our runners for putting on a show!
