The best way to experience what life is like at Brighton College is to join us at an Open Morning, where you will have the chance to talk to pupils and teachers about what makes our school such a special place.
Our Nursery pupils have been very busy preparing invitations for their Teddy Bears Picnic, popping them in envelopes and sticking them on stamps to send to their favourite bears so they can join in the picnic fun. Once the invites were written and safely in envelopes, the children, accompanied by their teachers, embarked upon a mini adventure to post them. They walked safely and sensibly to the nearest shiny red post box, where each eager little Puffin carefully posted their bear’s invitation.
When the picnic day arrived, the teddies and children thoroughly enjoyed teddy bear races, bubble-blowing, and some teddy bear chasing games. All the picnic goers were ready for a little mid-morning sustenance and tucked into their yummy homemade sandwiches with glee while listening to our favourite bear story; We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. With full tummies and tired teddies, we returned to school just in time for lunch. What a fun and fabulous morning.
